About the Role
- The Inside Maintenance Technician will collaborate with team members and is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on the residential units and buildings in Sifton’s London portfolio, including light bulb replacement, garbage collection, and maintenance shop cleanup.
- The Inside Maintenance Technician will complete all work orders in a timely manner with a professional and helpful approach to customer service.
Experience
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to multi-task and complete basic maintenance repairs.
- Related building maintenance experience is preferred.
- Possess a positive customer service focus and enjoy interactions with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work within a team environment.
- Prior safety training, demonstrated safety awareness and knowledge of safe working procedures.
- Must supply CSA-approved safety footwear.
- Must provide a satisfactory current background check.
