Job Description
- Serve as the brewery or site RCM (Root Cause Manger) SME
- Evaluate site 5-whys for effectiveness at getting to root cause.
- Implement and improve initiatives and processes for generating more effective root cause analysis
- Mentor and coach individual team members on improving 5-why analysis.
- Identify root cause training opportunities, develop material and deliver training to certify employees.
- Participate in weekly meetings with peers to share best practices, report on progress and set future actions.
- Communicate and provide updates to site SMT on root cause strategy and progress.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering, science, business
- Demonstrated leadership and a change agent
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to influence, coach and facilitate
- Strong operating knowledge of brewery or site preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred.
- Self-directed and willing to assume new responsibilities to support changing needs of department
