Job Description
 
  • Serve as the brewery or site RCM (Root Cause Manger) SME
  • Evaluate site 5-whys for effectiveness at getting to root cause.
  • Implement and improve initiatives and processes for generating more effective root cause analysis
  • Mentor and coach individual team members on improving 5-why analysis.
  • Identify root cause training opportunities, develop material and deliver training to certify employees.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with peers to share best practices, report on progress and set future actions.
  • Communicate and provide updates to site SMT on root cause strategy and progress.
 
Job Qualifications
 
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, science, business
  • Demonstrated leadership and a change agent
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and root cause analysis skills         
  • Ability to influence, coach and facilitate
  • Strong operating knowledge of brewery or site preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred.
  • Self-directed and willing to assume new responsibilities to support changing needs of department
