Job Description
Maintenance Personnel
****This position is a 12-hour rotating maintenance shift, Days & Nights****
This schedule uses a 4-week cycle where employees have three or four consecutive twelve-hour shifts with three to seven days off in between.
Certificate of Qualification licensed Industrial Millwright/Mechanic 2-5 years experience in an industrial environment maintaining controls, mechanical & electrical ( Licensed 443A )
Critical Deliverables (includes but not limited to):
Install, repair, overhaul, replace, remodel and perform preventative maintenance for production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical machinery. Observe and test operation of mechanical devices in order to evaluate and identify operating problems. Maintain all specifications and production information in central database. Dismantle equipment and machinery in order to identify, remove, repair or replace damaged or worn components and reassemble equipment when work is completed. Complete work orders on all tasks performed, noting nature of maintenance, timelines to complete work, components used, subcontractor costs if any, etc. Perform preventative maintenance for facilities, equipment and machinery, such as repairing or replacement fixtures, pumps, motors, corn handling equipment, cleaning and lubricating moving mechanical parts, cleaning of filters, recalibrating controls on equipment, adjustments of screws or coils and maintenance of additional systems and components as appropriate. Maintain maintenance logs and other required documentation. Maintain the work area and physical environment in a neat, clean and orderly condition. Assist Operations Lead train employees on machinery and equipment start-up and on performing a daily check of equipment prior to start-up. Perform any other duties as required.

Certificate of Qualification licensed Industrial Millwright/Mechanic 2-5 years experience in an industrial environment maintaining controls and mechanical/electrical equipment Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities Ability to work with and interpret data and drawings Ability to adapt to technological changes to structures Ability to work of varying physical demand, including extreme posture, temperature and height. Ability to work 12 hour rotational shifts in a continuous operation facility Ability to work overtime Good verbal and written communication skills Completion of pre-employment testing of all candidates is required.
