CNC Lathe Operator - Day and Afternoon Shift

We are currently looking for two full-time CNC Lathe Operators to join our team on the day and afternoon shift. Day shift runs Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm afternoon shift runs Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:00am.
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from CNC lathes
- Monitor production runs to ensure machines are running smoothly
- Perform in-process quality checks using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools and complete inspection reports
- Select appropriate tools
What You Bring
- Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience
- Experience running a CNC lathe
- Detail-oriented
- Problem solving
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions and safety procedures
- Team player with a positive attitude
