Training Coordinator

 

We are hiring for a Training Coordinator!

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the training material in the Product Catalog on the LMS site as well as working with the Review team members. They will also be responsible for additional tasks as set out by their Training Supervisor.

 

What will you do!

 

  • Create and Update training modules(e-learning, and instructor-led)
  • Assigning training modules to learners for completion within a set time frame
  • Maintain site pages: Home page, Course Catalog, Product Announcements, Brands, Documents
  • Generate Analytic Reports, as needed (Quiz Reports, Course Reports, User Reports)
  • Keeping up to date with new product launches and/or product changes
  • Create Training Plans for the different roles/learning levels
  • Research and reach out to internal/external subject matter experts as needed
  • Audit existing teaching materials and course aids and update them as required
  • Follow up regularly with the Module Reviewers to ensure they have each approved the training material assigned to them for review
  • Provide in class instructor-led training
  • Facilitate training to the intended audience ensuring information is understood, including adjustments for literacy levels, languages, and learning styles as appropriate
  • Address additional tasks set out by your Training Supervisor
  • Support product launch and commercialization activities 
  • Regularly engage with Rep Agencies/CSRs and promote customer advocacy of Masco Canada

 

What will you bring!

 

  • 1 - 3 years’ experience preferably in the plumbing industry and/or commercial sector
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills in group and individual settings  
  • Proven facilitator with mediation experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Track record of delivering projects on-time
  • Proficiency in a relevant learning management system (LMS365)
