Carpenter Windows and Doors

Synergy Windows and Doors Inc. is a fast-paced growing company making architectural windows and doors. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our carpentry team!

Must be willing to commute to London

Reports to: Production Manager

Job Requirements:

• Accurately read and follow production paperwork including drawings
• Frame assembly and sub assembly of wood and aluminum windows
• Sash building & hanging along with assembly on windows
• Frame assembly including curves in both wood and aluminum products
• Sanding products and finishing of products

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a finish carpenter, renovation carpenter, framing, framing carpentry, cabinetry and woodworking is an asset

• Must be able to operate all of the following equipment efficiently and safely: Table saw, band saw, mitre saw, nail guns, staple guns, impact drills, hand tools and use of a tape measure.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to solve problems and look for creative solutions

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

• London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Door building: 1 year (preferred)
