Sorting Team Member
Position Summary:
This position involves performing various sorting and inspection tasks on production materials, assessing part quality, and accurately recording data.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 100% inspection and sorting of suspect production.
- Accurately record inspection and sorting results in the "OPRS Inspection Results" Excel file.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Execute Quality Wall procedures.
- Perform sorting and inspection tasks within the cleanroom as required.
- Sort materials according to time requirements.
- Maintain and update the postings in the sorting area.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No prior experience required, Quality experience preferred
- Language: English
Other Skills:
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Specifications:
- Adhere to all internal guidelines and procedures.
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Possess good vision.
- Identify and quarantine defective production.
- Perform visual verification of manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to operate a manual pump truck.
