The Opportunity
As an IT System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our global IT infrastructure. You will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems, supporting key business operations and driving technological advancements across the company.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments (Azure), and security systems.
  • Ensure the reliability and availability of Microsoft-based systems, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Entra, and SSO.
  • Support virtualization environments, including VMware provisioning, debugging, and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and collaborate with the help desk to resolve technical problems.
  • Perform routine system audits, security updates, and data backups.
  • Manage Microsoft-centric cloud solutions, leveraging Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities.
  • Implement IT security best practices and disaster recovery plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize IT performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Lead IT projects and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and recommend improvements.
     
What You Bring
 
  • 10+ years of experience in IT with a focus on system administration.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Azure/Windows Server infrastructures.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cloud security protocols.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server management, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
  • Proficiency with VMware, including virtual machine deployment and management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, including O365, Azure AD, and Azure Stack.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical architecture skills.
  • Ability to lead IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Assets
  • Certifications such as AWS, ITIL, CCNA, or similar.
  • Bilingual
