Quotations Specialist

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Enablement Lead, the incumbent will support the success of our Trade and Retail Sales Teams at Masco Canada. The Quotations Specialist supports the day-to-day activities of the Sales Quote Department, supporting our Agencies, Key Customers, and Business Partners internally and externally nationally. This role will support the leadership of MASCO” s national pricing stability within our Trade, Retail, and Ecommerce Channels. A core responsibility of this role will be to prepare quotes leveraging IS Quote’s Software (Quoting Systems). 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with MASCO’s internal business partners, including The Sales Enablement Team, Sales Team members, Marketing Product Management, and Supply Chain Teams. A core responsibility of this position will be to support and maintain the company’s competitive cross-referencing.

What will you will Do!

• Support Trade and Retail Sales Teams promptly with competitive project quotations for customers and agents.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Provide Agencies, Key Customers, and Business Partners with new product recommendations and solutions. 
• Collaborate with key cross-functional teams to support Trade and Retail Quotes; Teams include The Sales Enablement Team, Sales Team members, Marketing Product Management, and Supply Chain Teams.
• Support in the development and completion of all Project Pipelines and KPI reporting. 
• Prepare and complete proforma P&L statements based on various category segments, including but not limited to promotions and new business opportunities.
• Provide expertise on Masco, industry, and builder trends that would support external business partners.
• Develop a high level of portfolio, product, and industry knowledge and expertise to be sought out as Subject Matter Expert.
• Support and Back-Up to Quotes Team. 

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of Excel and CRM tools like IS Quotes, Cognos, JDE, and CRM Tools.
• Understanding of Plumbing, Home improvement, and building products and industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines.
