ERP Support Specialist

Description

Overview:
As an ERP Support Specialist with Motif Labs, you will be supporting the launch phase of Dynamics 365 across the organization. Your role will be to become a subject matter expert to help discover system capabilities, refine processes, and increase efficiencies. Your primary responsibility will be to help troubleshoot any questions/concerns that arise from multiple business units (Ops, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.). A secondary focus will be on continuous improvement of the D365 implementation, ensuring that new capabilities are fully investigated and documented, and trained throughout the relevant departments. Thirdly, your support will be given to help build reports and dashboards using Jet Reports, Report Builder, Power BI, or other software as necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a growing company and a brand-new department. You will be fundamental in ensuring the adaptation and success of an ERP implementation across the organization. Strong ERP experience is recommended, but if you show an inherent understanding of technology and a strong sense of curiosity to investigate and understand how/why things work, you will be able to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:
·       Act as an internal expert to assist staff on the use of Dynamics 365 and its various modules, dashboards, and reports
·       Assist with new processes, procedures, data imports and/or system upgrade testing
·       Configuration and maintenance of user profiles in all endpoints
·       Respond to support requests submitted vie email, chat, phone, and in person, ensuring problems are addressed in a timely manner by the appropriate resource
·       Compose training guides, user manuals and record training videos
·       Maintain documentation within SharePoint for ERP instructions, processes, procedures and FAQs
·       Key role in supporting Operations team
·       Shift support will require evenings/weekends

Qualifications:
·       Familiarity with Dynamics 365 preferred
·       Collaborative approach to problem-solving
·       Expert communication skills, both verbal and written
·       Organized with advanced administration skills
·       Able to work autonomously, but also take direction when needed
·       Personal accountability to meet deadlines and expectations
·       Ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders
·       Strong sense of urgency with a customer-centric mindset
·       Strong analytic problem-solving skills
