Job Purpose and Impact

The Complaint Management Specialist (Open to remote) will execute a limited scale of customer service activities for our Cargill Animal Nutrition North America business. In this role you will perform clerical or administrative tasks to help optimize processing customer complaints from intake to resolution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
  • Participate in executing customer service strategies.
  • Inform customers about complaint status and resolution and managing the customer complaint experience end-to-end.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to maintaining and updating tools or systems.
  • You will work under minimal supervision and independently handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues while referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable to follow internal guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.
  • Bilingual English and French.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP experience
  • Experience managing customer complaints and feedback.

Position Information
