Location: Tillsonburg, ON

Shift Available: Day Shift, Mon-Thurs 4x10 hours

Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop calibration schedule for all instruments, gauges and testing devices
  • Develop calibration procedures for all instruments, gauges and testing devices to be calibrated in-house
  • Set-up and verify calibrations for all instruments, gauges and testing devices calibrated by an outside company
  • Ensure instruments, gauges and testing devices are calibrated correctly
  • Verify accuracy of instruments, gauges and testing devices using master gauges and make adjustments as necessary
  • Perform corrective maintenance on instruments, gauges and testing devices as required
  • Order replacement parts for faulty instruments, gauges and testing devices
  • Inspect instruments, gauges and testing devices for fit of moving parts and mechanical functioning
  • Train operators to perform quality checks when required
  • Maintain master samples as per required procedure
  • Maintain records of calibration and repair for all instruments, gauges and testing devices
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting metrics
  • All other relevant duties

Key Requirements:

  • Grade 12, GED, or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience with stamping, welding and assembly processes
  • Computer efficiency skills in all required areas
