Customer/Production Coordinator (CSR)
 

Canduct Industries is looking for a Customer/Production Coordinator (CSR) to join our growing team!

The Customer/Production Coordinator (CSR) is the liaison between our customers and production. This role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are received and processed to meet customer expectations.

What you're responsible for:

· Maintains customer records by updating account information.

· Receives and Creates customer orders by gathering, analyzing, and inputting data into Visual ERP via purchase orders, customer bill of materials and customer drawings.

· Prepares purchase requisitions for purchased components.

· Prepares product and service work orders for production and distributes to production board/floor.

· Work with Production Supervisors, lead hands and Shipping department to ensure customer needs are met.

· Monitor order status and shipping status.

· Advise customer of order status/delivery times/rush orders.

· Resolves product or service challenges with the Quality/Production departments by clarifying the customers’ issues/requests, solving the problem, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

· Prepare pre-shipping documents for shipper (manifest list/weights, package specifications, Customer order pricing updates based on shipping weights, etc.

To join our team:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to read engineering drawings
  • Post-secondary education in engineering, business, or any technical programs is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to effectively balance changing priorities.
