This full-time, one-year contract position provides valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, along with opportunities to develop your skills, gain industry experience, and grow your career with a leading automotive supplier.

What We Offer

• Starting wage: $27.75/hour
• Wage increase after 3 months
• Afternoon shift premium of $2.00/hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x regular wage after 40 hours per week

• Has 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience (experience in other fast-paced environments such as food service will also be considered)
• Is available to work rotating day and afternoon shifts on a two-week rotation
• Is willing to work mandatory overtime as required
• Can stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Can repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs
• Has excellent attendance and punctuality
• Has forklift experience (considered an asset)
• Works as part of a team and maintains a positive attitude
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
   

• Support assembly and manufacturing operations
• Follow standardized work instructions to maintain quality standards
• Train and work in multiple manufacturing processes through scheduled job rotations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet production goals and quality expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned
   

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
   

• 5:45 PM - 2:15 AM
   

• Starting rate: $27.75 per hour
• Wage progression after 3 months
• Overtime paid at 1.5x regular rate after 40 hours per week
• $2.00/hour afternoon shift premium
