This full-time, one-year contract position provides valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, along with opportunities to develop your skills, gain industry experience, and grow your career with a leading automotive supplier.
What We Offer
- Starting wage: $27.75/hour
- Wage increase after 3 months
- Afternoon shift premium of $2.00/hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5x regular wage after 40 hours per week

Who We Are Looking For
The Ideal Candidate
- Has 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience (experience in other fast-paced environments such as food service will also be considered)
- Is available to work rotating day and afternoon shifts on a two-week rotation
- Is willing to work mandatory overtime as required
- Can stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Can repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs
- Has excellent attendance and punctuality
- Has forklift experience (considered an asset)
- Works as part of a team and maintains a positive attitude
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support assembly and manufacturing operations
- Follow standardized work instructions to maintain quality standards
- Train and work in multiple manufacturing processes through scheduled job rotations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet production goals and quality expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Shift Schedule
Day Shift
Afternoon Shift
Note: Shifts may range from 8 to 10 hours depending on production requirements. Overtime and shift end times may vary based on business needs.
Compensation
- Starting rate: $27.75 per hour
- Wage progression after 3 months
- Overtime paid at 1.5x regular rate after 40 hours per week
- $2.00/hour afternoon shift premium
