Job Summary
The Talent Coordinator will use best practices and established recruitment procedures to ensure Tilray’s open non-exempt career opportunities are filled with amazing talent. The successful candidate will be a core member of the HR Service Excellence team and support a centralized HR model at Tilray Brands, Inc.
 
Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, the Talent Coordinator will be accountable for providing service excellence throughout the recruitment & employee lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and local HR Business Partners to fulfill staffing and HR Admin requirements. This role will be supporting various sites and subsidiaries of Tilray Brands, Inc. including in Canada & USA.

Responsibilities
  • Support all phases of our high-volume, non-exempt, operational employee recruitment process, to include, but not limited to: Kick-off calls with hiring managers, sourcing/screening candidates, candidate/hiring manager communication, advancing candidates in our applicant tracking system, scheduling and coordinating interviews and feedback with candidates and hiring managers, closing candidates in the offer stage and local on-boarding. May also include other non-exempt positions in addition to operational roles.
  • Ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is being managed through Paycor (ATS) and coach hiring managers on the overall recruitment and selection process.
  • Complete administrate processes efficiently and accurately in Workday (HRIS) and applicable excel trackers.
  • Leverage sense of urgency and efficiency, effectively screen and schedule candidates with hiring managers based on their preferred way of working.
  • Plan, lead and execute local career fairs and mass hiring blitz events targeted to non-exempt talent as needed.
  • Continually network and proactively source talent to build a talent pipeline that fulfills our workforce planning requirements.
  • Lead local onboarding activities and support periodic corporate induction initiatives.
  • Monitor the Shared HR inbox and successfully address tasks and inquiries as they arise.
  • Lead annual Summer Internship program activities for North American subsidiaries
  • Participate in on-going HR Service Excellence continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications
  • Ideally 2+ years’ recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
  • Recruiting for non-exempt positions; high volume recruitment
  • Experience working in a centralized Human Resources model preferred
