Join our exceptional team! We are currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at Canada Tubeform, a London Ontario Automotive Tier 2 manufacturing facility. We are a progressive, growing Canadian based manufacturing business focused on the production of high-volume tubular steel components and assemblies for the automotive industry and have been in business since 2001 as a privately-owned company. Canada Tubeform operates with advanced technology for stamping and fabrication utilizing a wide scope of processes producing high quality standards as a supplier of choice.
The Quality Manager is responsible for all quality assurance activities at Canada Tubeform, including leading the Quality Team and promoting and supporting company policies associated with quality assurance activities to create a positive and proactive culture for all associates by directing, supporting, and maintaining a zero-defect philosophy.

The Quality Manager is responsible for all quality assurance activities at Canada Tubeform, including leading the Quality Team and promoting and supporting company policies associated with quality assurance activities to create a positive and proactive culture for all associates by directing, supporting, and maintaining a zero-defect philosophy.
Other duties include:
- Ensure compliance with company established quality assurance policies and procedures to support corporate quality goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain Quality Assurance objectives, documents, records, policies and procedures including the Canada Tubeform Quality Assurance Manual
- Responsible for leadership and maintaining Canada Tubeform’s Key Performance Measurable and Corrective Action Request (CAR) system
- Ensure Quality Assurance manuals, systems, documentation accurately specifies performance requirements. Responsible to oversee that production performance conforms to all quality system guidelines and policies.
- Responsible for leading all employee training activities in the area of Quality Assurance practices and procedures to establish a world class, knowledgeable workforce.
- Maintain strong relationships with all departments of the company to ensure that the team works effectively together in supporting both organizational and customer objectives.
- Lead all interaction with our customer base regarding production/quality related activities including new program launches, site visits and quality issues as required, including business travel to external contacts
- Supports production/engineering/maintenance and performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in a manufacturing related science supplemented by course work in quality assurance or an equivalent combination of education and experience in metal fabrication.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in a quality assurance related role and/or leadership role
- IATF experience and/or certifications required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and computer proficiency required
- Understanding and interpreting customer drawings, GD&T and measurement techniques is preferred
- Member of SME or ASQ preferred
