- Accurately read and follow production paperwork
- Paint vinyl and aluminum door slabs with water-based paint products
- Apply paint products using a gravity- feed spray gun or paint brush
- Staining and Finishing- doors and windows to a superior quality of finish, starting with application of stain to the final topcoat
- Ability to mix paint using solutions such as a catalyst
- Paint experience, specifically painting doors an asset
- Must be able to operate all of the following equipment efficiently and safely: Table saw, band saw, mitre saw, nail guns, staple guns, feed spray guns, impact drills, hand tools and use of a tape measure.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to solve problems and look for creative solutions
