 The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, the Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining balanced inventories throughout the London facility for raw materials, packaging, ingredients, and finished goods. You will help the site achieve accurate inventory within SAP by executing regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.  You thrive in an environment that is fast paced and have a keen sense for continuous improvement. This position requires a high-level of communication and collaboration among departments with a support and team based mentality.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

  • Responsible for balancing and maintaining accurate inventory levels within SAP for all direct and indirect materials.
  • Responsible for executing the physical inventory count process within the London facility.
  • Responsible for executing regular cycle count activities for all packaging and ingredients.
  • Monitoring inventory storage accuracy and supporting corrective improvements for any identified discrepancies.
  • Working with the Finished Goods Warehouse team to provide system or process support for their inventory management activities
  • Support and update inventory management processes for ingredients and packaging flowing into production and for materials being returned to stock.
  • Analyze processes that impact the inventory accuracy and drive change to improve results.
  • Working with the Finance team you will investigate discrepancies and identify process improvements
  • Working with the Production team you will ensure that the appropriate materials are available both physically and within SAP.
  • Adhere to safe work practices following all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices following all sanitation and process procedures and guidelines.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of industry experience in Inventory Management, Materials Management, Supply chain or related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Management preferred. 
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • SAP experience with inventory counts, transactions and reconciliations  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
  • A strong communicator, both written and oral, who is confident, decisive, able to function within multiple groups
  • Comfortable and effective in working with all levels of a very diverse workforce
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability work and collaborate with others
  • Strong computer application skills, network and PC business application software. Experience with SAP preferred.
