WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • The Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient resource allocation and time management. This role will play a key role in maintaining smooth scheduling operations and enhancing overall production productivity.
  • The Operations Support Coordinator will interact with various employees across the organization while reporting to the Manufacturing Scheduler.
  • Assist in the scheduling functions and perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up to date scheduling information.
  • Support organizing and maintaining schedules for various departments to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage employee time and attendance records to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Allocate unissued materials and ensure proper documentation to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
  • Maintain and update scheduling databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity in all scheduling related activities.
  • Generate reports and provide insights based on scheduling data to inform decision making and improve scheduling processes.  
  • Identify opportunities for improving scheduling efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices to enhance operations.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Minimum of 2-3 years industrial manufacturing experience in a similar role
  • General Business or technical degree preferred, such as Supply Chain Management, Business – Operations Management
  • Strong computer skills and technical proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a high-performance culture
