The Opportunity

Adescor is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to lead the definition, development, and market success of our next generation of industrial products. This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for product outcomes spanning strategy, architecture, development, and early market adoption.

You will operate at the intersection of customer, market, and engineering, ensuring that every product is intentionally designed, competitively positioned, and built to perform in real-world applications. This role is suited for a leader who has a track record of bringing complex products to market and establishing disciplined, scalable product development practices.

What You’ll Own

Product Strategy & Definition

• Define and own product vision, positioning, and roadmap aligned to market opportunities and business strategy
• Translate customer insights and market dynamics into clear, actionable product definitions and system requirements
• Drive product decisions that balance commercial viability, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability

End-to-End Product Development Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and early field adoption
• Establish system-level architecture and guide critical technical decisions across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software domains
• Ensure development rigor through structured design reviews, validation, and performance testing

Customer-Centric Innovation

• Engage directly with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ground product decisions in real-world needs
• Ensure products deliver exceptional usability, reliability, and value in the field
• Lead early deployments and use field insights to drive rapid iteration and continuous improvement

Building Scalable Product Development Discipline

• Define and implement standardized product development frameworks, governance, and best practices
• Elevate organizational capability by driving consistency in how products are defined, developed, and launched
• Create alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and service through clear product definition and decision-making

Market Launch & Product Performance

• Ensure full readiness for manufacturing, supply chain, and service at launch
• Partner with commercial teams to support product positioning, enablement, and early adoption
• Own product performance in the field, ensuring rapid issue resolution and sustained market success

Who You Are

• A seasoned product leader with deep experience bringing complex, engineered products to market
• Equally comfortable operating at the strategic level and in technical detail
• Known for building clarity in ambiguous environments and making confident, high-quality decisions
• Driven by outcomes focused on delivering products that succeed commercially and operationally
• Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Engineering background (mechatronics, mechanical, controls, or similar) with strong system-level expertise
• Significant experience leading development of complex, integrated industrial products or systems
• Proven ability to bridge customer needs, product strategy, and technical execution
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, including commercialization and field performance
• Experience working closely with customers, commercial teams, and external partners

Preferred Experience

• Background in industrial equipment, automation, or pipe processing systems
• Familiarity with PLC/HMI environments and integrated control systems
• Experience operating in multi-region or global product environments
