Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with our Austrian Salesforce team to understand and transfer knowledge of the implemented system.
- Train and support local staff in the use of Salesforce, including sales, customer support, and management teams.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Assist with the customization of Salesforce features to suit our business needs.
- Provide training and support to our customers, as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce queries within the London location.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce, including implementation, training, and user support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex systems in simple, user-friendly terms.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the aviation industry.
- Salesforce certification.
