This position is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain department. The role requires someone who is a self-starter, with strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage their time effectively. 
Here are some of the different activities you’ll be asked to do:
·Assisting with purchase orders (POs), including preparing the PO, gathering signatures, and forwarding to the proper recipient.
· Maintain purchase order/supplier files, including data entry of pricing records and files.
· Communicate with suppliers and internal business stakeholders as required.  
· Support the evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) by gathering relevant data and developing reports and/or spreadsheets.
· Assist with the processing of incoming invoices, including invoice entry and analysis of cost expenditures.

If you’ve got: 
· Working toward a post-secondary degree in a related program
·Minimum one year of work experience in an office setting preferred
· Experience in a supply chain or logistics role an asset
