The Baler Operator is responsible for ensuring waste from machines is collected and disposed of properly.

Here are some of the different activities you’ll be asked to do:

• Collect waste from all departments.
• Use electric cart to transport waste buckets to Baler Room.
• Separate different types of stock.
• Tie bales with bailing wire.
• Transport bales to trailer.
• Diagnose mechanical problems.
• Ensure the machine maintenance is done and that acceptable housekeeping procedures are followed.
• Perform any other related duties or follow any other instructions as may be directed by the supervisor.
   

If you’ve got:

• High School Diploma.
• Previous experience operating a Baler Machine.
