The Role

 

  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
  • Prepare and assist with standard quotes for our services.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Provide project management support to the Project Managers
  • Compile and prepare final deliverables including documents, reports, files and other correspondence materials to meet client and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete final deliverable for various project types (Reference plans, Topographic Surveys, SRPS’s etc.)
  • Schedule and publish posts on social media channels according to the content calendar.
  • Assist in maintaining social media content calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Collaborate with the management coordinate campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

  

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Office Administration
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; is able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills.
  • Is highly proficient in the Microsoft Suite of programs.
  • Is self-motivated, detail orientated, and able to handle conflicting priorities; has excellent organizational and time management skills.
