Senior Customer Care Representative (Bilingual)

Description:

Airia Brands Inc. is seeking a highly organized, motivated bSenior Customer Representative to provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable information, and answer questions regarding complaints to ensure customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and assist with inquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Manage Customer Care and Warranty email boxes.
  • Resolve customer complaints within company guidelines, while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Process Daily Sales Report for distribution.
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to Sales Team and Wholesalers where necessary.
  • Communicate effectively interdepartmentally and cross-functionally within a moderate paced environment.
  • Knowledge of company equipment warranties and quote pricing of replacement parts.
  • Organize ideas and communicate messages to appropriate team members.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate verbally and in writing within a fast paced environment.
  • Organizational skills, accustomed to utilizing various mediums and software to complete tasks within a timely fashion.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge. Familiar with various internet-based platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to take direction and work with a minimal amount of supervision.

Qualifications & Education

  • Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience.
  • A community college diploma with several years of practical relevant experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and oral.
  • Industry knowledge and/or experience working with HVAC is ideal.
  • A motivated, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven, self-starter and takes initiative to drive the business.
  • Contributes to the development of process and procedure improvements.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
