YOUR DAILY ROLE

Very concretely, you will will produce healthier and better-quality food for customers and communities. Please note the shift requirements for this position include 12-hour continental rotating shifts including some weekends.

Your mission will be to:

• Analyze packaged product for conformance to customer and company specifications
• Monitor critical control points and adherence to deviations
• Analyze incoming purchased raw materials
• Be the communication link between packaging and QA departments
• Monitor employee hygiene
• Complete pre-start-up inspection audits and line clearances
• Do a microanalysis of incoming and packaged products
• Do a microanalysis of the packaging equipment
• Sample collection for environmental testing
• Contribute to HACCP program development and maintenance
• Perform calibration checks on laboratory equipment
