Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated HR Coordinator (0–2 years of experience) to support four of our West Michigan businesses. This is a great opportunity to start your HR career and learn in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support onboarding, benefits questions, offboarding, and general HR inquiries.
  • Assist with training programs, skilled trade development, co-ops, and career pathways.
  • Help coordinate leaves of absence and communicate with teammates and leaders.
  • Maintain documentation and support progress on safety initiatives.
  • Assist Continuous Improvement (CI) and organizational development projects.
  • Provide backup support for hiring activities and company events.

What You’ll Bring

  • 0–2 years of HR experience or a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • Interest or experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices (internships or coursework welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with HR systems and data.
  • Willingness to learn LOA coordination and project support.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
