Senior Financial Analyst – Health Information Systems Division

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Utilizing data to analyze and communicate financial results at an executive level
- Leveraging data across multiple systems and platforms to drive financial reporting/analytics supporting planning and forecasting processes, including MRE, QOR, Operating Plan and Strat Plan
- Influencing strategic planning, business thinking and results delivery.
- Supporting International NPI initiatives through both business and financial counsel.
- Responsible for financial justification for investment opportunities and special projects
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of finance and/or accounting job experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- MBA or Finance Graduate program from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in Healthcare and/or HealthCare IT industry
- Fluency in using SAP, PeopleSoft, Longview, BW, Finance Dashboard, DICE, and other 3M financial platforms/ systems to extract data
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
