ROLE SUMMARY:  
We are looking for a candidate who is energized by a fast paced, always evolving, world class work environment. You and your team will evaluate the health of a production line, create a plan for rapid improvement and execute that plan utilizing Scrum/Agile methodology.  After achieving world class results, your team will deploy to the next biggest issue facing our zone.  This is a highly technical role, so candidates will need to be subject matter expert level with either electrical and instrumentation capabilities or mechanical

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide technical (electro mechanical) leadership to solve short to long range process problems in our Packaging Operations
  • Identify and execute solutions that improve operational performance
  • Lead learning and development initiatives to improve the technical knowledge and skill set of operators and technicians within area of expertise/ownership
  • Work with brewery leadership and technicians, contractors, and/or OEM vendors to achieve objectives and reliability around area of focus.
  • Utilize standard management tools (VPO) to achieve critical metric targets close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, SIC, MCRS, 5 Why’s, PDCA and SCDA cycles, etc.)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Industrial setting.
  • Well-developed cross-functional problem solving & multi-tasking abilities, leads by example, acts as an owner, results oriented & strong customer focus skills
  • Experience with mechanical processes (drivetrains, conveying systems, machining processes, etc.,) and mechanical troubleshooting or line balancing and control logic
  • Strong leadership and communications skills with ability to work with a team
  • Plant experience and/or background supporting industrial maintenance/reliability a plus
  • Knowledge of Scrum & lean methodology a plus
