SHIFTS: Rotating shifts (8hrs) – 11:00pm – 7:00am, 7:00am – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm
 
  • Weekend Overtime as required

Job Responsibilities
 
  • Managing the offloading of the deliveries of raw materials into the Brewery/Warehouse.
  • Timely receiving of the raw materials into financial warehouse system SAP (D8/D4, RFG's, raw material purchase orders/invoices).
  • Participate in inventory counting and reconciliation routines as directed by inventory team.
  • Ensuring complete and accurate data is entered into the T1 Workstation Tool and other stakeholder reporting tools/systems.
  • Responsible for KPI Updating for daily and weekly meetings, as well as for the transport daily meeting.
  • Check expected delivery schedule of raw materials to ensure materials arrive when scheduled and are offloaded in a timely manner. Escalating any missed deliveries to the materials team.
  • Adhere to and drive compliance to the blind receiving process for all receipts of materials or products to the warehouse for inventory controls.
  • Coordination the loading/offloading of all incoming materials/returnable packaging and outgoing finished goods on scheduled equipment with shunters and warehouse team following production schedule.
  • Facilitating gate control processes by interacting with Labatt and third-party drivers to coordinate delivery and shipment of materials and finished goods.
  • Communication to Carriers, Warehouses and Transport team when delays are expected.
  • Management and usage of Yard Management Systems software/tool.
  • Physical yard check administration and reporting
  • Supervision of warehouse staff as required (weekends/OT)
     
Job Qualifications
 
  • Education: University Degree or equivalent in Business/Commerce/Manufacturing
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years in various Logistics/Import/Export environments
  • Competencies: good oral and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Analytical and problem solving skills. High attention to detail
  • Computer skills in Microsoft office, WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SAP systems
