Pricing Analyst
As a Pricing Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The remote position includes a variety of responsibilities related to the management and maintenance of standard pricing and deviated pricing agreements, with the overall purpose of delivering accurate pricing at the time of order. Here, you will make an impact by:- Ensures pricing data loaded on the system accurately reflects business intent
- Consults with clients on the most system-efficient approach to achieve pricing related goals; conducts relevant data analysis and provides requested data
- Leads projects related to pricing data improvement and preparation of data for SAP
- Identifies and implements process improvements utilizing LSS methodology where appropriate, and ensures consistent execution in all relevant areas
- Engages Marketing and Customer Service teams to build relationships necessary to optimize our processes and delivery of our services
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two (2) years combined experience in pricing, finance, accounting, and/or customer service
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- SAP System Experience
- Strong MS Excel skills
- LSS process improvement experience
- Ability to self-start, and work on projects and tasks with limited guidance
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable results
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international
