POSTING TYPE: Permanent, Full-time

SALARY: $55,000 - $65,000

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor plays a key role in leading day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and distribution operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials and finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading the warehouse team, and identifying opportunities to improve safety, service, and operational efficiency.

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and internal material movement
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations within the ERP system
  • Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency, product flow, and storage capacity
  • Complete month-end physical inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Stage materials to support upcoming production schedules and ensure replenishment inventory is received and communicated appropriately

Transportation & Customer Support

  • Coordinate transportation schedules with carriers, suppliers, and customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries, inventory, and logistics requests
  • Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to support customer expectations and production schedules
  • Analyze transportation costs and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for Warehouse Team Members and Production Forklift Operators
  • Develop and maintain warehouse procedures and work instructions to promote consistency and best practices
  • Monitor department KPIs, inventory variances, and operational performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency
  • Participate in cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the brewery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and continuously improve warehouse processes

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment
  • Support raw material organization and storage in accordance with food safety standards
  • Support other operations and departments throughout the brewery as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is considered an asset
  • 2-4 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food and beverage environment
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management
  • Forklift certification or the ability to become certified
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer service

What to Expect

  • Primarily day shift, with flexibility to support off-shifts, weekends, or peak production periods as required
  • Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment with regular collaboration across multiple departments
  • Combination of warehouse floor and office-based responsibilities
  • Ability to lift items up to 25 kg and perform standing, walking, bending, and material handling throughout the shift
