The Flexographic Printing Press Operator is responsible for maintaining all phases of production while meeting production expectations. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, preventative maintenance, maintaining high-quality standards, general housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
More about your responsibilities:

  • Safely operate the press, ensuring the highest quality finished products surpassing standards.
  • Identifying any Tier 5 requirements that are Customer specific.
  • Maintain accuracy in updating live schedules within SAP for efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with teams and other departments to prioritize and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform preventive machine maintenance and uphold general housekeeping procedures.
  • Meet productivity goals while ensuring consistent quality and meeting customer delivery requirements.
  • Actively engage in departmental meetings to contribute valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team Lead to promptly address departmental CIRs.
  • Ensure all applicable departmental SOP’s, GMPs, Health & Safety Management System policies & procedures and Environmental (ISO 14001) Management System policies & procedures are followed.

  • Minimum 2 years of previous flexographic printing experience
