Job Description

Who we are

Organigram Global is a leading Canadian licensed producer shaping the future of cannabis through innovation, operational excellence, and a growing international presence. Founded in 2013 as a medical cannabis provider, we have evolved into one of Canada’s most trusted names in the adult-use recreational market, home to some of the country’s top-performing brands including SHRED, Boxhot, Big Bag o’ Buds, Edison, Monjour, Debunk, Rizzlers, and Trailblazer.

Our operations span four provinces, purpose-built to lead across multiple product formats:

  • Moncton, New Brunswick: Centre of excellence for indoor cannabis cultivation, R&D, and advanced automation.
  • Lac-Supérieur, Quebec: Focused on premium flower and traditional hash production.
  • Winnipeg, Manitoba: Highly automated facility dedicated to edibles and beverage manufacturing.
  • Aylmer, Ontario: Specializes in infused pre-roll production and automated vape filling.
  • London, Ontario: Strategic hub for packaging and distribution across all product lines.

Love being on the road, meeting people, and bringing brands to life? We’re looking for a full-time, on-the-go Merchandiser to rep Organigram across Southwestern Ontario.

Based in the London area, this role is perfect for someone who hates sitting still—you’ll spend most of your time visiting retail stores, chatting with budtenders, running pop-ups, and making our brands impossible to miss.

A valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle are an absolute must —you’ll be cruising across the region daily.

What You'll Do

  • Become a go-to expert on Organigram brands
  • Run fun in-store pop-ups and budtender sessions
  • Build relationships with retailers and consumers
  • Share field insights and competitive intel
  • Support regional events and activations
  • Keep your CRM updated and your route organized
  • Work independently while covering a big territory

What You Bring

  • Based in Toronto/GTA or Southwestern Ontario
  • Customer service or brand ambassador experience
  • Cannabis knowledge = bonus points
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized, punctual, and flexible with hours
  • 19+ with a valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle (you’ll use it… a lot!)
