Salary : $27 to $32 per hour x 2 184 hours per year ($58,968 to $69,888 per year) - Note that with the night and the weekend premiums the annual salary will be $62,556 to $73,476
Work schedule : minimum 36 hours per week WHICH consist on an average 42 hours/week : rotation – 36 hours per week AND 48 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES – TASKS
Production Operation & Control
Operate and monitor automated dipping lines for nitrile glove production.
Set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery parameters to meet production specifications.
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product consistency.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues during production.
Maintain accurate production records and logs.
Process Optimization
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to improve line efficiency.
Suggest and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase yield.
Monitor chemical usage and ensure proper mixing and dosing of coagulants, latex, and other materials.
Material Handling & Driving
Safely transport raw materials, finished goods, and waste between production areas and storage using forklifts or other industrial vehicles.
Load/unload materials and ensure proper inventory tracking.
Support logistics and warehouse operations as needed.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Participate in safety drills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Other related tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Studies:
A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in nitrile glove or similar polymer dipping manufacturing and minimum 3 years experience with automated dipping line machinery, PLC controls, and chemical handling.
Desired qualifications:
Mechanical Aptitude - Ability to perform minor maintenance and adjustments on production equipment. Quality Assurance - Understanding of glove quality standards (e.g., AQL, thickness, tensile strength). Safety Awareness - Knowledge of industrial safety practices and hazardous material handling. Communication- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate issues clearly. Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot or humid environment. Proficient with PLC controls, SCADA interfaces, and MS Office (Excel for data analysis). Knowledge of ISO 13485 or other relevant quality management systems. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Able to work in shift. Experience driving forklift.
