Millwright Apprentice - Level 2-3

We are currently looking for a team-oriented full-time 2nd - 3rd year Millwright Apprentice to join our team located in London Ontario.
Job Summary:
Millwright apprentices will participate in projects from start to finish, including welding, grinding, assembly, and milling.
The responsibilities of the Millwright Apprentice will include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Assemble projects on the floor
- Advise leadership and designers of potential issues to collaborate and resolve them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timeliness of job completion
- Work safely and efficiently to minimize impact to schedule and budget
- Fill out time tickets to ensure accuracy of jobs worked on.
Education, Skills, and Job Requirements:
- Minimum completion of 2nd year of apprenticeship required; preference will be given to 3rd year apprentices
- Must be a registered apprentice in the 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright trade with Skilled Trades Ontario
- Must be able to efficiently MIG weld
- Must have experience using an overhead crane and forklift with valid Overhead Crane and Forklift/Lift Truck licenses
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
