Position Summary
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting Trojan Technologies’ Salesforce platform to enable effective sales, service, and customer relationship management processes. This role provides day-to-day system administration, maintains data integrity, supports user adoption, and implements platform enhancements that improve business efficiency and decision-making.
Detailed Role Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service), including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and workflows, to ensure a secure and scalable environment.
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and dashboards that align Salesforce capabilities with evolving business requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Manage data quality initiatives — including deduplication, data imports/exports, and ongoing hygiene processes — to establish a trusted, single source of CRM truth.
- Execute system upgrades, release management, and sandbox deployments, testing to maintain platform stability and deliver continuous improvements with minimal business disruption.
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and adoption programs that empower Trojan Technologies associates to leverage Salesforce confidently and effectively.
- Analyze CRM usage data, build performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to Sales and Marketing leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, including ERP and marketing automation platforms.
- Champion data governance policies and security best practices to ensure compliance with Veralto's data standards and internal controls.

Qualifications
These are the must-have requirements for the role:
- Experience in Salesforce administration, including hands-on configuration of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud in a multi-user business environment
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (or demonstrated commitment to obtain within six months of engagement)
- Proven track record of translating business requirements into Salesforce configurations that improve user adoption and process efficiency
- Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) and development of reports and dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and support end users at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
These are nice-to-have skills that will set candidates apart:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and Field Service Scheduling
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or additional Salesforce certifications
- Familiarity with CRM integrations
- Background in a manufacturing, industrial technology, or B2B commercial environment
- Experience supporting global or multi-site organizations with complex CRM governance requirements
