As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring on-time delivery. You’ll act as the main point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, helping to resolve issues, provide product recommendations, and support our Online Pharmacy Store. Please note that this is a one-year contract role.
More about your responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries: Handle incoming orders and customer requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless order management: Monitor orders in SAP and the Online Pharmacy Store, track progress, and communicate any delays.
  • Customer service: Proactively address customer concerns by investigating issues and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Manage urgent and special orders: Handle exceptions from EDI orders and coordinate emergency supply requests when needed.
  • Customer support with Online Pharmacy Store: Promote features, assist with navigation, and encourage usage.
  • Enhance customer experience: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product catalogue, in order to identify opportunities to improve sales orders and recommend suitable products.
  • Provide essential updates: Keep customers informed about inventory status, pricing, and order details.
  • Process returns and adjustments: Verify debits/credits, manage returns, and submit Continuous Improvement Reports.
  • Coordinate artwork requests: Process new artwork submissions, create proofs, and oversee the art approval process for new orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Participate in sales and operations meetings as needed to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • A post-secondary diploma in Business is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage daily tasks.
  • Prior SAP experience is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to think quickly and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Accuracy in processing orders and handling customer transactions, with particular attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with customers and internal teams effectively.
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage multi-step processes.
