Position DescriptionWe are currently seeking a dynamic, self-starter to assist our Program Management team in ensuring we are meeting our Customer deliverables, addressing issues and resolving problems though the use of creative program and project management principles and activities. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn various aspects of program development and project management while gaining industry experience with a cross functional team of experienced Program professionals. As part of this role you will be gain experience in the following areas:
Program Intern Job Responsibilities:
- Provide program management support to various project owners to ensure that projects are properly resourced, on-track, and within budget
- Develop qualitative and quantitative analysis from key research and data sets
- Create related presentations and documents given structured direction & narratives
- Summarize and communicate meeting action items and decisions
- Schedule meetings with internal stakeholders as necessary
- Work within a team environment to define, drive and track mission-critical strategic initiatives
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and their resources by following up with core team groups, to achieve target program outcomes and goals
- Help support a cross functional team to meet program requirements and milestone goals
- Help build proposals and plans for new business pursuits
Program Intern Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:
- Ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Finance or Marketing, and other related fields
- Experience of working with a variety of multiple stakeholders and being able to balance their requests and build rapport across all levels within the organization
- Experienced skill set in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication
- Must be a self-driven, creative, self-starter with the passion to go above and beyond
