Autotube Limited, a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, located in Strathroy, ON, is looking for an Accounts Payable Accounting Assistant to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Financial Transactions & Communication: Take initiative in handling accounts payable, supplier communication, and ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Data Accuracy & Process Improvement: Process daily transactions, maintain up-to-date data entry, resolve discrepancies, and streamline procurement processes.
• Collaborative & Detail-Oriented Support: Work closely with finance and procurement teams, prepare financial reports, assist with month-end/year-end close, and handle administrative tasks with precision.
