The following opportunity is available at Kaiser Aluminum Canada Limited extrusion facility in London. Our manufacturing strategy is based upon continuous improvement with a cooperative and flexible work environment.

Must be available on a full time basis with ability to work days/nights and every other weekend, no part time work is available.

Kaiser Aluminum is offering an hourly wage of $24.58-$25.52, plus a monthly profit incentive bonus and an attractive benefit package.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Comply with and support all company values, policies, procedures and safety regulations
• Work in various areas of production to support production demands
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting production issues
• Ability to perform tasks requiring repetition, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a team environment and work at a steady pace
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year factory experience
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts on a rotational basis of days/nights
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to keep an excellent attendance record
