Description
CO-OP Student, Robotic Process Automation Developer (4-12 months) January 2025 Start KEY JOB ELEMENTS:- Support the development of a GDLS Digital Workforce through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools/techniques as required.
- Convert existing manual and/or repeatable business processes into automated or partially automated solutions.
- Match an appropriate solution to the business process.
- Recognize business requirements to determine actionable automation solutions
- Work with assigned business analyst and integrate within the existing framework to provide seamless value-added services
- Responsible for the automation development cycle including:
- Development of automation solutions based on defined user requirements, including risk and error handling protocols
- Testing and troubleshooting
- Production monitoring
- Enhancement deployment
- Support design and update of internal communication portal content
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Working towards a university degree/college diploma in Computer Science or related field of study
- Strong technical knowledge of automation best practices (ability to code)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Desire to innovate, continually improve existing process and develop new methodologies
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work proactively with a focus on execution
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Demonstrated experience with RPA utilizing Automation Anywhere (preferred), and potentially other coding including but not limited to Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, HTML, etc.
