Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that all finished products meet specified quality standards, including accurate date codes on retail and master packaging as per customer requirements.
Verify that all production staff follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) system for raw materials usage.
Confirm that the correct raw materials are being used in the production process to maintain product integrity.
Ensure employees adhere to color coding guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
Identify and report any deviations from standard procedures to the appropriate personnel in accordance with training provided.
Maintain clean and organized work areas to support efficiency and safety.
Always work in a safe manner and promptly notify management of any safety violations or hazards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all production activities.
Monitor employees to prevent cross-contamination and uphold food safety standards.
Verify that all employees are properly trained for their assigned tasks before beginning production work.
Ensure that all required paperwork is accurately completed and submitted to the office daily.
Collaborate effectively with the Quality Control (QC) Manager and HACCP Coordinator, demonstrating strong communication skills, meeting BRC Standards.
Ensure all production staff start on time and maintain proper personal hygiene in accordance with company policies.
