  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production and process data
  • Support the development of capacity models
  • Define process turnaround times (TAT) and analyze their distribution to identify trends and improvement
  • Help with the identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize workflow
  • Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, planning, and engineering
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBi, Python and SQL is an asset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Previous co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an asset
