We are currently looking for a team-oriented full-time Heavy CNC Operator to join our team in London, Ontario.

Job Summary:

The Heavy CNC Operator will operate large CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

The responsibilities for the Heavy CNC Operator will include:

  • Set up, operate, and program large CNC machines efficiently and accurately.
  • Utilize Fanuc controls to perform complex machining operations.
  • Use Mastercam to optimize production and minimize downtime.
  • Machine complex parts and ensure quality standards are met.

interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
  • Promotes a safe work environment.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Skills and Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years running CNC machines, preferably large-scale machines.
  • Machinist trade qualification or related experience.
  • Experience with operating CNC machines using Fanuc controls.
  • Firm understanding of machining weldments.
  • Proficient in programming Mastercam.
  • Effectively read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Works well within a team and has good communication.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
