Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Rotation shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities and Duties
- Continuous cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping of all Packaging production areas and lines in a safe manner.
- Environmental cleaning as per MSS (e.g., floors, walls, drains, ceilings, ductwork).
- Assist with washouts on lines, full sanitation,s and sanitizing.
- Break down and open totes as required, assist with building and palletizing totes.
- Empty garbage humpies, fill and crush plastic in the poly crusher, and general housekeeping.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Ability to inspect product for foreign material, dump, and chop product.
- Cover other positions and breaks as needed, depending on skill and ability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Effective communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills are required.
- Must be organized, have excellent attendance, and be reliable.
- Other duties as assigned.
