Position:

Join our Management Development Program designed for recent graduates in Engineering and Business disciplines. This comprehensive program offers rotational assignments across key departments including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Leadership Development, and Tool Design. As a participant, you will gain hands-on experience, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our innovative automotive projects.

 

Goal: Progress 5 entry level new grads into Meridian Operational Management Roles ? Quality ? Engineering ? Operations ? Supply Chain ? Plant Production

 

Duration of Program: Three-year program

 

Participate in rotational assignments spanning various departments including the following (dependent on field of study):

  • Engineering: Collaborate on design, development, and testing of automotive components and systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Learn quality control processes, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Business Operations: Gain insights into project management, financial analysis, and operational strategy.
  • Supply Chain Management: Assist in procurement, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
  • Leadership Development: Engage in leadership workshops, mentorship programs, and cross-functional team projects.
  • Tool Design: Contribute to the design and optimization of manufacturing tools and fixtures.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) or Business Administration/ Supply Chain.
  • Strong academic performance
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a career in management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership potential demonstrated through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
