Role Description
This is a full-time role in our Scoreboards division for a Business Development Manager located ideally in SW Ontario between KW area/Brantford through Windsor ON. The Business Development Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities will include conducting market research to prospect new customer sales, preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Exceptional Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Previous experience in an outside sales role a must

- Education in Business, Marketing, or a related field beneficial
- Experience in the technology or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
