ROLE: Quality Intern
LOCATION: Labatt London Brewery, 5 days/week in office
SALARY: $25/Hour

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Our 15-week internship provides hands-on experience working on meaningful projects, designed for high-achieving students interested in building a future with Labatt.
The program offers:
INTERNSHIP SPECIFICATIONS
Collaborate with managers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of supply chain, manufacturing operations, and how a 24/7 brewery delivers quality products to consumers.
Analyze quality and operational data, maintain LIMS records, conduct routine testing of in-process and finished products, and provide insights to troubleshoot brewing and packaging quality issues.
Monitor quality control processes by reviewing performance data and QC records, identifying non-conformances, and partnering with teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Gain exposure to quality systems, laboratory operations, team leadership, and working within a unionized manufacturing environment while building technical expertise in the production of Canada's most iconic beers.
We are looking for candidates who...
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
In their 2nd or 3rd?year of an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree, studying Food Science, Microbiology, or any science related field, and returning to school in September 2027.
